I understand that the items donated will be purchased by the Kalamazoo County Parks Department, in partnership with the Parks Foundation of Kalamazoo County, and will become park property. The County will order and install the donated item in the approved location. The County will perform general maintenance and upkeep for the life of the donated item. The County accepts no liability for damage to any donated item from vandals or third parties. The County reserves the right to remove any donated items that have been damaged, and are, in the view of the Parks Department, beyond repair. I understand that the Friend of the KRVT program is an annual membership program, and that my membership will need to be renewed in order to have the sign displayed past the original commitment checked above.
